Born and raised in Parsons, Kansas, Cynthia Schibi has always had a passion for helping people look and feel their best. Her journey began at Z Hair Academy in Overland Park, where she trained in advanced techniques across hairstyling, waxing, facials, and skincare. Cynthia’s approach goes beyond aesthetics—she believes beauty is about self-expression, confidence, and connection.

Her creative and caring personality shines in every service she provides, whether she’s crafting a fresh new look or helping clients enhance their natural features. Beyond AW Aesthetics and Wellness, Cynthia brings her vibrant personality to the stage as a stand-up comedian, a role that fuels her belief in authenticity, joy, and finding beauty in everyday moments.

Cynthia’s goal is simple: to help each client leave not only looking their best, but feeling their most confident and empowered. With her unique blend of artistry and warmth, she ensures every experience feels personal, uplifting, and refreshingly real.

Jessica LaForge is a dedicated Health Coach passionate about helping others achieve balance, energy, and long-term wellness through sustainable lifestyle changes. A Parsons native, Jessica’s love for fitness and movement began early—spending her childhood on the volleyball court and outdoors, where she learned the importance of strength, resilience, and joy in daily activity.

She earned her Associate Degree in Exercise Science followed by a Bachelor’s in Physical Education, and has spent more than a decade coaching volleyball and teaching fitness and physical education in Southeast Kansas. Her background in both education and health allows her to take a holistic, supportive approach that focuses on lasting transformation rather than quick fixes.

At AW Aesthetics and Wellness, Jessica guides clients through their wellness journeys with personalized plans tailored to their goals, from improving energy and managing stress to building better habits for body and mind. Her mission is to empower each person she works with to move better, live better, and feel confident in their own skin—because true wellness starts with taking that first intentional step.

Amber Walker is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with over 14 years of experience in family practice and a passion for holistic, patient-centered care. Born and raised in Southeast Kansas, Amber earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing from Pittsburg State University, where she developed her commitment to helping others improve their overall quality of life through compassionate, evidence-based care.

After years in primary care, Amber followed her lifelong passion for aesthetics—blending medical science with artistry to help patients look and feel their best. In 2023, she expanded AW Aesthetics and Wellness to include comprehensive wellness services, creating a space where beauty, health, and confidence intersect. Amber is deeply committed to empowering her patients—whether they’re enhancing their appearance, improving their wellness, or both. Each treatment plan is customized to the individual, focusing on restoring balance, vitality, and self-assurance from the inside out.
